Outram's floodbank experiences seepage during high river flows. Works were required to improve the integrity of the floodbank.

Riverbank Road Stopbank Stabilisation, Lower Clutha→
The purpose of this project was to stabilise the critical flood protection bank at four locations along Riverbank Road in the Lower Clutha delta, near Balclutha.

Upgrade Flow Management Structures at Robson Lagoon, Lower Clutha→
This project upgraded flow control structures for Robson Lagoon, located northeast of Balclutha. Infrastructure was upgraded to assist with flood management around the Robson Lagoon area, whilst protecting its natural and cultural values.

This project upgraded the existing Contour Channel, which is part of the Taieri Flood Protection Scheme in Mosgiel, Otago.
